T is for Tacky, Two, and Tired

On Wednesday night church, AWANA, the kids got to dress up in tacky clothes. Layla and Dylan are still pretty darn cute.

Nash turned two years old. I still can't believe it, where does the time go. I decided to make a cake (I am NOT good at decorating cakes AT ALL), but it was just our family. I ran out of frosting and the writing on the cake is horrible, oh well, it tasted a lot better than it looked.

He is just that manly, he can eat off of a pink plate.

Two days old:

Two years old:

This past weekend was the Little Rock Marathon. I started training in September of last year to run it and in October got a stress fracture. So I couldn't train or race, I was very disappointed. Harrison said since I couldn't run it, he would run for me, isn't he too sweet. At Sequoyah Elementary they have a group called Recess Rockers; throughout the school year they run 25 miles during recess. The last mile is to be ran at the marathon, Final Mile Marathon, it is for kids 7 - 12 years old.

On Saturday we head to Little Rock and before the race we go to the Museum of Discovery and let the kids roam around.

This is all of Sequoyah's Recess Rockers:
There were over 1600 kids total running.

That is Craig O'Neal, we were hoping to get some airtime on Channel 11, but I didn't see us.

He is ready and fired up!

We found a good spot at the finish line to get a photo. He came in second in his age group from Sequoyah.

Downtown Little Rock by the River Market, it was a beautiful day.
